excellent central hotel
comfortable bedrooftop onsenplastic glassware
the location is amazing for exploring. i could easily walk to many shops and the river. the rooftop onsen offered great views and relaxation after shopping. the bed and pillows were very comfortable too.
i found the plastic glassware at the rooftop bar disappointing. the drinks tasted premixed and of low quality. i preferred finding other places with bottled wine.

the staff was friendly, if language got in the way sometimes.
i felt disappointed by this hotel. the rooftop bar uses plastic glassware, also the drinks tasted like pre-mixed, bad quality drinks. my sparkling wine resembled wine-flavored bubble water.

The location is excellent. It is next to Takashimaya and Daimaru in the shopping district. Gion district is a short walk away. The facilities include a rooftop bar overlooking the river and a public onsen . I found the onsen very relaxing..
The rooftop bar used plastic glassware. I prefer real glass.

The hotel offers free coffee, matcha latte, soda, and ice cream. These complimentary treats proved welcome after long days spent exploring. The rooftop bar also provides amazing views of the surroundings.

the location was central. i could easily walk to many restaurants (i really liked a ramen place nearby). the hotel also provided free drinks at the rooftop bar. i enjoyed the onsen after a long day.
the room felt a bit small. it was hard to fully open my suitcase. the rooftop bar only offered drinks in plastic cups. also, i sent an email before my arrival and never received a response.
